Liz Lemons works for the Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS), a governmental organization that is responsible for providing aid for families in need. Liz has worked at DCFS for one year as a caseworker. She has a Bachelors degree from the school of business at IUPUI. Liz spends the majority of her time working directly with families in need. She is in charge of establishing the family needs through interviews and is in charge of distributing the appropriate aid to the family. Skills needed to perform Liz’s job include good communication skills, computer and data analyzing skills, and being able to multitask.
